I'm 5 months old today!
Lilli Jo is quite possibly one of the happiest babies I've ever seen. Her smile lights up the room and melts my heart! And her laugh is infectious. :)
At 5 months old ...
she's reaching for things and has quite a grip. When I pick her up now, she reaches for my face and grabs on tight. I love it!
She's eating rice cereal and vegetables at night. So far we've had green beans and peas. Next up is carrots and maybe some sweet potatoes.
She sleeps through the night too!

She lets you know that she's tired by turning her head to the side and covering her hands with her face. It's pretty cute.
She's been rolling over for a couple months now, although she seems to have decided to take a hiatus from the rolling over. I think because she realized she doesn't care to be on her tummy. But she sure can scoot around when she's on the floor, often going in circles. She's ended up under the couch a couple of times. :)
She loves to sit in her bumbo or in her new activity center as they give her the best view of all the action around her.
EVERYTHING goes in her mouth ... her feet, her hands, her toys, her bib while she's eating (her feet while she's eating too). I've got a hunch that some teeth might be making an appearance very soon.
These last 5 months have flown by. I cherish every minute, but I look forward to the new developments in her life just the same!
